How do I choose the right size?
We recommend consulting our size guide, available on every product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look. Still unsure? Feel free to contact us — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.
The item I received does not fit well
We're sorry to hear that! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our team with your order number and we'll help you find the right size. See our return policy for full details.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Our collection is available in a wide range of sizes. Please check the size guide on each individual product page for the specific sizes available. We are continuously expanding our size range.

Below are some common questions about orders
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you filled in a wrong address, please send us an e-mail no later than 12 hours after placing your order. Provide us with your order number and your full name. We will try to change the address if we have not shipped out the order yet.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes 2–4 business days. For international orders, please allow 5–10 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately with your order number. After the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can return it once received.

Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are free for orders within the United Kingdom.
How do I return my order?
To start a return, contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 5 business days.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?
Absolutely! Contact us with your order number and the size you'd like instead. We'll arrange an exchange as quickly as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
When can I expect my refund to be paid?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account.
