How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you filled in a wrong address, please send us an e-mail no later than 12 hours after placing your order. Provide us with your order number and your full name. We will try to change the address if we have not shipped out the order yet.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately via this page with your order number. After the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination — you'll see the exact cost at checkout.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes 2–4 business days. For international orders, please allow 5–10 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email.
